The Company needed a solution for a cross-platform mobile and web application in order to bring the interaction between doctors and patients and create a timely and full data exchange. The app should provide highest standards of information security, speed of information exchange and be user-friendly for creating a favorable and convenient environment for a timely doctor-and-patient interaction.

A Hong Kong Company that connects patients, healthcare and satisfies the needs of both healthcare providers, health coverage companies and, most importantly, patients. Having a comprehensive mobile and web app should assist in facilitating the connection between all parties.
Solution
Our Team has developed a solution, which allows the patient to track his daily health stats and transfer this information and all relevant information about their health to their doctor when they schedule an appointment, thus facilitating their communication and ensuring that nothing is missing. With our solution, it is now easy to:
- Review the appointments that they have coming and those they had in a 12-month period before.
- Book an appointment as soon as possible with the specialist that the patients need.
- Check the medical bills that you have due and planned, as well as pay for them using convenient payment options.
- Check the doctors’ recommendations when needed and follow them strictly.
- Always have at hand the patient’s record of their allergies, drugs used and diagnosed conditions.
- Request a refill for the medication at any time.
- Get access to an updated map containing the location of pharmacies, doctors and clinics any time.
These are just some features of the solution delivered by our team. The main goal of this app is to let the patients have an easy, all-time access to healthcare services, make sure they never miss their appointment and take timely care of their health. We worked closely with the client’s team to ensure proper integrations and database management.
Since not every hospital uses the same system, we made sure to create proper inter-systems connection, so that every hospital supports a secure data exchange with the app. We made sure to cover the most components with test automation (UI’s, APIs, etc.), so that the workflow is continuous and effortless.
